Ștefan Daniel Mehedinți - violoncelist

Born on August 12, 1994 in Timișoara, he began his musical training at the age of four, studying violin at the National Art College "Ion Vidu". At the age of six, he changed his studies to cello, and over the years he attended master classes with renowned musicians such as Marin Cazacu, Răzvan Suma, Laszlo Fenyo and Octavian Lup.

During his studies, he participated in competitions, festivals and concerts, and during his post-graduate studies he was part of the RUBATO Quartet, participating in international festivals such as Intrada, Timsonia, Timorgelfest and Meridian.

He collaborated with prestigious institutions and orchestras such as the "Banatul" Philharmonic Timișoara, the Romanian National Opera Timișoara, the Arad Philharmonic, the "Lira - George Cavadia" Philharmonic Brăila, Violoncellissimo 100, the BBSO National Orchestra, the Consonantis Orchestra and Choir, the "Glasul Iubirii" Orchestra. He is currently a cellist of the National Opera and Operetta Theater "Nae Leonard" Galați, continuing to contribute to the national music stage and also a cello teacher at the "Dimitrie Cuclin" Art High School Galați.
