Evelina Mehedinți - violonist

Born on January 24, 1997 in Galati, she began her violin studies under the guidance of Prof. Olivia Ioana Papa, continuing her training at the "Dimitrie Cuclin" Art High School in Galati, at the class of Prof. Marian Sava. After graduating from the Faculty of Music and Theater at the West University of Timișoara, she perfected her musical technique by attending master classes in Romania and Italy, working with maestros such as Liviu Câșleanu, Espen Lileslatten and Volkhard Steude.

Throughout her career, she participated in numerous renowned international competitions and festivals, such as the Concorso Mondiale "Giovani Strumentisti" in Italy and the Meridian Festival in Timișoara. She has also been a member of the Rubato Quartet, with which she performed chamber concerts.

With extensive experience as an instrumentalist, she collaborated with prestigious institutions such as the "Banatul" Philharmonic Timișoara, Arad Philharmonic, "Lira - George Cavadia" Philharmonic Brăila, BBSO National Orchestra, "Consonantis" Orchestra and Choir and the "Nae Leonard" National Opera and Operetta Theater Galați, where she is currently working as an instrumentalist. She also toured Europe and China, making remarkable contributions to the international music scene.
